Our Sports and Injury Massage at Belle Beauty combines manipulation and ultrasound therapy to correct soft tissue inbalances and damage caused from strenuous and repetitive physical activity or trauma. Treatment regenerates the wounded tissue and promotes the synthesis of fibre cells in the body. This is extremely beneficial in injury, post operative care and excessive muscle tension.

After-care | Body and Holistic Treatments
- Drink plenty of water to help flush the toxins away.
- You may feel some pain and bruising after if you are having a deep tissue massage. This is perfectly normal.
- Do not drink any alcohol after the massage.
- No sun exposure after the treatments to prevent skin from burning.
- Allow the oils to seep into the skin this will help keep skin hydrated.
- Emotions may be heightened after an holistic treatment.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required for treatments of £20 or more. Deposits start from £10.00 and can be paid by phone with a card when making your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we will need 48hrs notice or you will loose your deposit. For all online bookings or if paying with a gift voucher and fail to give 48hrs notice of cancellation, you will loose the value of the whole treatment. If you fail to come in 48hrs before your treatment for a tint or glue test, for lashes and brows or any other treatment requiring a patch test even if you have had the treatment elsewhere or it’s been more than 3 months since you last had that specific treatment with us, you will be charged full price for the treatment as we will be unable to do it.
